This cause came on to be heard before me upon the sworn
Petition of L•l;?REiJCE KANZER, executor of the Estate of JOSEPHINE
B. DANCER, a/k/a JOSEPHINE C. DAI~]LER, -Deceased, and Guardian of
the Property of Sally C. Damler and Gloria C. Damler, minor
daughters of decedent( Sees Companion case no. 75-2460, also
assigned to Judge Parker), to amend the Order of Administration
Unnecessary entered by the Court on May 12, X1975 and insaid
Petition aver that uknown to your Petitioner herein at the
time of the entry of the Order, the decedent owned a 1968 Dodge
auto, I.D. No. DM27G8D119664, in very poor condition, valued at
about $50.00, and that since the total value of the assets of
the estate was only $8,794.86 as set forth in the Order of May 12,
1975, the total value of all assets including the 1968 Dodge
would still be well under the $10,000.00 maximtnn-~oX„administ ~tion -

directed and orderdd to transfer title and registration to said
1968 Dodge, I.D. No. DM27G8D119664 from Josephine C. DAmler to
