The south half of lot 27 and al_1 of lot 28,-Block 28, of AMY ANNA
PARK, lying East of North 18th Court as shown by plat recorded
in deed-book 152, page 519; said plat of AMY ANNA PARK being
recorded in plat book 4, page 72, public records of St. Lucie
County, Fla.; being a subdivision of the E 1/2 of SE 1/4 of
NW 1/4 lying South of the Fort Pierce Canal Right of Way, of
Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 40 East.
IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE MORTGAGORS
HEREIN COVENANT AND AGREE THAT:
(1) The MORTGAGORS herein shall make within 15 days of the due
date, the payments called for in the first mortgage now '
encumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at its ~ {
