TO STAY SHERIFF'S SALE
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before me this day, on the
Motion of the Plaintiffs' to stay the Sheriff's sale of subject
property and argument of counsel having been heard and the
Court being advised in the premises, it is thereupon,
CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND .ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Plaintiffs' Motion is granted.
2. That the Sheriff's sale scheduled for MONDAY, JANUARY ~
22, 1979, on the following described real property located in

St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Lots 13,14 Block~439 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 3,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 12, Page 13A, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

"Gulfstream Broadcasting Co. v. Preview Homes, Inc.," Case
No; 78-1245-SP, is hereby stayed pending further Order of this

3. It is further ordered and adjudged that the Plaintiffs'
will deposit into the registry of the Court in this action the
sum~of Two Thousand Twenty Five Dollars & Fifty cents ($2,025.50)
