ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on Intervenor's Petition +
for Modification of final judgment or order on child support and the Court
having reviewed the file and considered the testimony of witnesses and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Modification of final
judgment or order on child support shall be and the same is hereby granted;
it is further -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that commencing on 9 FEBrescARV / ,
19 79 the Father, ELLIOTT NEDD shall pay to the
Clerk of this Court the sum of $ ~ s, ~ y per ~ E-e ~ each and every
W ~ e-~ plus $2.00 statutory fee, which amount shall be remitted
monthly by the Clerk to.the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services,
Child-Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 tJinewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida,
32304. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashiers check. All
money orders and cashiers checks shall bear the payees name and Social Security
Number and shall be made payable to the CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to:

Payments from the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in Which
event the support payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the person
- having custody of the child(ren). _
