THIS CAUSE was heard on the 15th day of January , 1979, upon .the
Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
the Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel,
and the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that OREN MOSELY , the-Respondent, had the
financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now ad3udged guilty
•of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
commencing on March 1 , 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found.
'i PROVIDID, HOFIEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ 400.00 ,plus $2.00
~ statutory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to the Clerk of Circuit
Court of this County, together with costs of this arrest. You and your duly
authorized deputies are therefore
ORDERED TO arrest the said OREN MOSELY on said
date or as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of
St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described 3udgment and
sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly notified
of his arrest. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
ordered to forward a~/said arrearage payment(s) received from the Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabi-
litative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
~ Tallahassee, Florida, 32304.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this day of
January , 1979.
