WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission,
after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published
at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all owners of

property within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing, has
recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County

that the hereinafter described requests for changes in zoning class- 3
ification be GRANTED, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing
on January 16, 1979 after first publishing notice of said hearing
in the News Tribune on December 29, 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 16th
day of January, 19'79, as follows:
1. That the zoning of~the following described property in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
34-35-40 west 415 feet of south 198 feet of north
1122 feet of NW~a of NEzit less U.S. 1 right of way
owned by ED WESTBERRY, be and .the same is hereby changed from B-3 •
(arterial business) to B-4 (general business).
2. That the zoning of the following described property in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

Beginning at a railroad spike at the southeast corner
j of Section 24, Township 37 South, Range 40 East, thence run
~ S 89°14'40" W, along the south line of said Section 24, a
distance of 400.02 feet, to the southwest corner of Plat
~ No. 1, Beau Rivage as recorded in Plat Book 11, page 24 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, said point being the
Point of Beginning; thence continue S 89° 14'40" W, a
distance of 565.67 feet; thence run N U1° 44'52" W, a
distance of 1320.34 feet, to the south right of way of
Everglades Boulevard as shown on said Plat No. 1, Beau
Rivage; thence run S 89° 49'16" E, along the said south
right of way of Everglades Boulevard, a distance of 605.95
feet to the northwest corner of Lot 11, B1°ck 1, of said
Plat No. 1, Beau Rivage; thence run S 00° 00'09" W, along
3 the west line of said Block 1, Plat No. 1. Beau Rivage, a
distance of 1310.38 feet to the Point of Beginning.
