RALPH MELVIN ROBERTS,
an infant
FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
.
This cause came on to be heard o~anuary 18, 1979 .
upon the Petition for Adoption filed in this cause and the ,
consent of Theresa Roberts, natural mother of the minor child,
and a Default having been entered against the putative father,
Kenneth Dale Larkins, and against Helen Emma Roberts, natural
mother of Theresa Roberts, a minor, and it appearing to the
Court that the Petitioners-are fit and proper persons .to adopt
the infant child sought to be adopted, and that the best interest
of the child will be promoted by the adoption and that the child
is suitable for adoption by the Petitioners, John L. Roberts and
Sandra Kay Roberts, his wife, and being otherwise fully advised
' in the premises, it is therefore
j ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ,
i 1. The infant child named in the Petition is declared
to be the legal child of John L. Roberts and Sandra Kay Roberts,
his wife, and is given the name of Ralph Melvin Roberts, by which
~ name he shall hereafter be known.
2. This child shall be the child and legal heir of
the Petitioners, John L. Roberts and Sandra Kay Roberts, his
wife, entitled to all the rights and privileges, and subject to
