ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the Husband's Motion
To Modify The Final Judgment, and the Wife's Motion to Stay, and
the Court having heard testimony of the respective parties and
argument of counsel, and being fully advised in the premises. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: _
1. The Motion to Stay be and the same is hereby denied.
2. The Motion To Modify the Final Judgment be and the same
is hereby denied.
3. That SHIRLEY ALBRITTON be and she is entitled to a
judgment against the Husband, ROBERT ALBRITTON, in the amount of
$6,147.50. That the Wife, SHIRLEY ALBRI PION, do have and ,recover
of and from the Husband, ROBERT ALBRITTON, the sum of $6,147.50

for which let execution issue.

4. Commencing Friday, the 19th day of January, 1979 and
Friday of each week thereafter, ROBERT ALBRITTON, Husband, shall

pay to SHIRLEY ALBRITTON BARRON, Wife, the sum of $150 each and
every week for the support of the minor child, DEBBIE KAY ALBRITTON.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him.
remitted promptly to SHIRLEY ALBRITTON BARRON, 335 Hosbine Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order, or
:
cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk
K of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at
all times while this Order is in effect.
