The Sewage System Rights include, but are not limited to the right of all Owners to use and be served by the sewage lies now or hereafter located under the Future Development Property . (the "Future Development Property Sewage Lines") , which Future Development Property Sewage Lines shall be connected to the Future Development Property Lift Station, the Future Development Property Force Main and the Section 1 Sewage System to the extent that the use of such Future Development Property Sewage Lines is necessary to provide sewage disposal service to the respective portions of the Future Deveopment . Property owned by such Owners . 3. The Owners of the Future Development Property being served by the Future Development Property _ Force Main, the Future Development Property Lift Station, the Future Development Property Sewage Lines and any part of the Future Development Prop- . erty Sewage System shall have the right and obliga- tion to maintain each of the foregoing , which right and obligation shall run with and inure to the bene- fit of and be binding upon the portions of the Future Development Property being so served thereby , all as is hereinafter set forth . Equities does hereby grant unto all Owners of Residences now existing or hereafter constructed upon the Future Development Property, and unto any condominium association or homeowners association, the members of which are Owners of Residences located upon the Future Developirient Prop- erty, and their respective heirs, administrators, successors and assigns, certain easements and rights (the "Water System Rights'_') with respect to" the use of the water system to be located upon the Future Development Property (the "Future Development Property Water System") and connected to the Section 1 Condominium water system (referred to in the Agreement. and hereinafter referred to as the "Section 1 Water System") as said Water System Rights are hereinafter more particularly set forth . The Water System Rights shall run with and be appurtenant to the Future Development Property and all portions thereof and inure to the benefit of all Owners and occupants of any portion of the Future Development Property . i 1. The Water System Rights include, but are not limited to, the right of all Owners to use and be served by the water lines now or hereafter located under the Future Development Property (the "Future Develop- - ment Property Water Lines") , which Future Develop- ment Property Water Lines shall be connected to the ~ Section 1 Water System at a point more particularly described in the Agreement as the "Connection Point" to the extent that the use of such Future Development Property Water Lines is necessary to provide water service to, the respective portions of ~ the Future Development Property owned by such Owners . 2.
