DESCRIPTION OF FUTURE DEVELOPMENT PROPERTY
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 27, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
run on an assumed bearing of S 89°15'56" E along the North line of the said.
East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4, a distance of 130.00 ft. to a point on the fast
line of a 130 ft. County road and drainage easement; Thence run- S 02°04'47"
West along said East line 1091.41 feet to the point of beginning; thence
run S 89°15'56" E 150.05 feet; thence N 02°04'47" E 25.00 ft.; thence S 89°15'56"
East 720.00 ft.; thence N 60°44'04" East 322.95 feet; thence S-33°34'33" East
176.00 ft.; thence S 89°15'56" East 530.78 feet; thence N 56°25'27" East 242,61
feet; thence S 33°34'33" East 1303.74 feet; thence S 00°04'00" West 174.81 feet;
thence run N 89°15'56" West 2741.03 feet to a point on the East line of the 130 ft.
County road and drainage easement;-thence run N 02°04'47" East along said-East line
1074.15 ft. to the Point of Beginning. Said_property lying and being situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida.
LESS AND EXCEPT that portion of the afore-described real property (the portion
of the afore-described real property now about to be excluded from the "Future
Development Prope~lty" being hereinafter referred to as the "Excluded Property")
which lies in Se~ion 26, Township 35 South, Range 40 East to the East of the
centerline-of the following described parcel, to wit:
The fast 200.00 feet of the West 1320 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the
Southwest 1/4 of Section 26, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, said -
property lying and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida.
NOTE: High Point Equities, Inc., or its successors or assigns, shall have
the right to designate all or such portions of the Excluded Property
as Nigh Point Equities,, Inc., or its successors or assigns, shall
{ determine as a part_of the "Future Development Property". Such a
designation(s) shall take place by an instrument(s) (the "Designation
Notice(s)") being filed amongst the Public Records of St. Lucie
~ County, Florida, designating all or a portion of the Excluded Property
E as a part of the "Future Development Property". Such Designation
Notices must be executed by High Point Equities, Inc., or its succes-
sors or assigns and by the then (at the time the Designation Notice in
$ question is executed and recorded) record title holder of that portion
of the Excluded Property thereby being designated "Future Development
Property". At such time as all or any portion of the Excluded Property
is designated "Future Development Property" under a Designation
Notice filed amongst the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
a such property so designated shall be deemed a part of the "Future
Development ?roperty" under the instrument to which this Exhibit is -
attached and shall thereafter be subject to the burdens and entitled
to the benefits of- the Future Development Property under the said •
instrument to which this Exhibit is attached.
