A parcel of land 10.00 feet wide lying 10.00 feet westerly of and contiguous to
the following des"cribed line:
Commencing at the N.W. corner of the East 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 27,
Township. 35 .South, Range 40 East run on an assumed bearing of S 89°15'56" E,
along the North line of the said East 1/2 of the SE 1/4, a distance of 130.00
ft., thence S 2°04'47" W a distance of 1091.41_ Ft., thence S 89°15'56" E
138.05 ft. for a point of beginning; thence run S 89°15'56" E 12.00 ft.,
thence N 2°04'47" E 25.00 ft., thence S 89°15'56" E 720.00 ft., thence N
60°44'04" E 117.39 ft. to the point of beginning; thence S 33°34'33" E 118.38
ft. to-the P. C. of a curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of 563.70 ft.
and an intersection angle of 23°04'54", run thence Southeasterly along the arc
of said curve, a distance of 227.09 ft. to the P.T., thence S 56°39'27" E 13.01
ft. to the P.C. of a curve concave Southwesterly having a radius of 258.94 ft.
and an intersection angle of 45°49'13", run thence Southeasterly, along the arc
of said curve, a distance of 207.08 ft. to the P.T. thence S 10°50'14" E 16.48
ft. to•the P.C. of a curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of 572.05 ft;
thence run Southeasterly along the arc of said curve 132.63 feet through an
intersection angle of 13°17'01" to a point of termination on the Northerly
line of the Lift Station Site. Said property lying and being situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida.
