Lucie County, Florida: commencing at the N.W. corner of the East 1/2 of the
SE 1/4 of Section 27, Township 35', South, Range 40 East run on an assumed .
bearing of S 89°15'56" E, along the Nortfi line of the said East 1/2 of the
SE 1/4, a distance of 130.00 ft., thence S 2°04'47" W a distance of 1091.41
feet, thence S 89°15'56" E 150.05 ft., thence N 2°04'47" E 25.00 ft., thence
S 89°15'56" E 720.00 ft., thence N 60°44'04" E 142.06 ft., thence S 33°34'33"
E 116.49 ft., to the P.C. of a curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of
538.70 ft., and an intersection angle of 23°04'54", run thence Southeasterly,
along the arc of said curve, a distance of 217.02 ft, to the P.T., thence
S 56°39'27" E 13.01 ft., to the P,C. of a curve concave Southwesterly having
a radius of 283.94 ft.; thence run Southeasterly, along the arc of said curve,
56.21 ft. through a central angle of 11°20'30" to a point; then a run N 89°
15'56" W 65.00 feet; thence S 00°44'04" W 7.50 feet to the poin~ of beginning;
from said -point all lands lying 10.00 feet left and right of the following des-
