Lucie County, Florida: commencing at the N.W. corner of the East 1/2 of the
SE 1/4 of Section 27, Township 35, South, Range 40 East run on an assumed
bearing of S~89'15'56" E, along the North line of-the said East 1/2 of the
SE 1/4, a distance of 130.00 ft., thence S 2°04'47" W a distance of 1091.41
feet, thence S $9°15"56" E 150.05 ft., thence N 2°04'47" E 25.00 ft., thence
S 89°15'56" E 720.00 fit., thence N 60°44'04" E 142.06 ft., thence S 33°34'33"
E 116.49 ft., to the P.C. of a curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of
538.70 ft., and an in±ersection angle of 23°04'54", run thence Southeasterly,
along the arc of said curve, a distance of 217.02 ft. to the P.T., thence
S 56°39'27" E 13.01 ft..; to the P.C. of a curve concave Southwesterly having
a radius of 283.94 ft.: thence run Southeasterly, along the arc of said curve,
56.21 ft. through a central angle of 11°20'30" to a point; thence run N 89°
15'56" W 80.00 feet far a point of beginning; from said point of beginning
all lands lying 30.00 ft. right and 10.00 ft. left of the following described
line; thence run S 89°15'56" E 40.00 ft. to the point of termination.
