Purchaser, by acceptance and executidri of this Rec;eipt, aclmowledges ~
that this purchase of a condaniniun unit at OCF1W VILLAGfi OF MJI~IINSON ISLAND
is subject in every respect to the Declaration of Condominiun as to the candvminiun
in which his unit is located and Exhibits~attached thereto,~ including but not .
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of IncoYporation, the Rules and
Regvlations, copy of projected operating budget,.copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendmer?ts tb the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles~of IncoYporati.on, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association; and_Purchaser
further aclrnowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and ~
every provision of the foregoing is essentiak to the sucessful operation and manage-
ment of the Condaninii.am property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of ~
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condomini~an covenant and agree to. abide by each ~and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominiu~n and F.xhibits attached thereto.- Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirn~s and approves all of the tern~s and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Owners' Association docuQnents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and~said Purchaser aclrnowledges and confirn?s
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association
has enc~nbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiun parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assimies the
. obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confiims that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of.Condominii,an and Exhiliits attached there-
to, and the comnon expenses and the s~ens due under the Property Owner's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
~ nor may one be relied except where the same-is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominiun and the-Exhibits attached thereto.
