Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, claiowledges {
that this purchase of a conclominiu~n unit at 0(:~AN VILI.AGC OF iINSON ISI.ANt) ~
is subject in every respect to the I~claration of Condominiun a to the.condominiun r
in which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not ~
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to '
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor `
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all /lrnendments to the aforesaid lle-
claratioh and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-laws and Decluration
of Covenants and Restrictions of th~,Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further aclmawledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclrnowledges that each and ~
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage- ~
ment of the Condominiuon property and is in the best interests~ and for the benefit of ~
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in tl~e aforedescribed ~
Condominium covenant and agrec~ to abide by each and every provision of said Declar- _
ation of Condominiu~n and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and t
confirn~s and approves all of the ternis and provisions of said Declaration of Gondo- '
mini~n and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that tlie assessment under the ~
Property Owners' Association docwnents referred to above and the provisions thereof i
. are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclmowledges and confiYms f
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association
has encwnbered and im~ressed a lien upon the Condominiun parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
• and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Rir~tiaser ass~m~es the
obli~ations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominiwn parce2. "
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiu~n and Exhibits attacl~ed there-
to, and the camion expenses and the suns due under the Property 0?ti~ner's Asso~iation
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one_be relied except where the.same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominii.~n and the Exhibits attachecl thereto.
