that this purchase of a condominium ~u~it at OCFJ~N VI1.LAt~C OF HUI~IN.SON ISIJWp
is subject in every respect to the Declaration of Condominiun as to the condominium
in which his unit is located and Exhibi.ts attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the.Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Riiles and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales bmchure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De-
~ claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-laws and 1)eclaration ~
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further aclmowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its i"
Exhibits, and budget, sales ~rochure and floor plan, and aclrnowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and ma~iage-
, ment of the Condominii.an pmperty and is in the best interests ~ and for the ber~efit of
all the owners t}ierein: Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominiwn covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar- -
ation of Condomini~.an and F~chibits attached thereto. Purchaser -hereby ratifies and ~
confirnLS and approves all of the terms and provisions of said lleclaration of Condo- z'
mini~an and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the ~ k
Property Owners' Association docwnents referred to above and the provisions thereof
. are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclmowledges and.confiims
that the Declaration of CQVenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association ~
. has encumbered and i~ressed a lien upon the.Condomini~,~n parcel being conveyed to
~ Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
~ and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assim~es.the

Pur~haser confitms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiwn and Exh~ibits attached there- ~
~ to, and the cormion expenses and the sLans due under the Property U,~ner's Association
and other charges are estimated oniy. No warxanty or guaranty is made or ir_tended
nor may one be relied except where the.same is specifically warranted~or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominiun and the Exhibits attached thereto.
