THIS CAUSE ca~e on for trial the 19th day of January, -
1979, and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation

of husband and wife now exists between~the parties; and that
the marriage between ~h~ parties is irretrievably broken and .
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EDWARD
A. PFISTER and LEE ANN PFISTER be and the same is hereby dissolved, -
and the parties and each of them a=e hereby forever freed from the ~
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them-and fr.om the
i obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of CHANTEL MARIE PFISTER, minor child

~ of the parties, is hereby awarded to LEE ANN PFISTER, with

~ reasonable visitation rights reserved to EDWARD A. PFISTER. .
~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing on the ~ day of ~iu
1979, EDWARD A. PFISTER shall pay to LEE ANN PFISTER the s of
~ $108.00 each and every month for the support of the child named
~ above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
~ by him remitted promptly to LEE ANN PFISTER. In addition there is.

~ hereby assessed the sunt of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to
~ each payment made to the Clerk. Al1 payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered

x to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and

~ residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
