by reference and the parttes are ordered to comply with the
provisions thereof. ~
5. JURISDICT~pN. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto, is retained ~or the entry of such further orders
as may be proper. Further jurisdiction may be invoked by
mailing a copy of any future pleadinq to the address required . r

above. In the event jurisdiction is invoked in this matter,
this pleading shall be mailed by registered mail, return receipt
requested, addressee_only, to opposing party, and which shall
