~the Husband, DONALD THOMAS ELLIOTT, JR., shall pay. to the ~
Wife, ARLENE K. ELLIOTT, a total sum of $240.00 per month
which sum represents $120.00 per mo~nth~per child for the support
of the minor children named above; said sum to continue
until such time as all~children reach ma~ority, marry or becomes

. self-supporting. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of
this Court and by him remitted promptly to ARLENE K. ELLIOTT.
In~addition ther~e is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as

~statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
All payments shall be made i.n cash, money order or cashier's
check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of
this Cou;rt advised of their mailing and residence addressea at
all times while this Order is in effect.
; 4. EDUCATION: The Husband, DONALD THOMAS ELLIOTT, JR.,

E ~ shall pay the costs of tuition for both minor children of the

~ marriage at ST. ANASTASIA'S GRANIl~lAR SCHOOL and JOHN CARROLL HIGH
SCHOOL. The amount of tuition shall be in addition to the ~

~ _ child support payments required in Paragraph 3 above. The
~ tuition payments shall be paid directly to the Wife, ARLENE
~ -
-K. ELLIOTT, and not through the Clerk of Court. The Wife shall
keep~the Husband advised as to the amount of the tuition and the '

; date when it must be paid.
