1 (A) The Wife, ARLENE K. ELLIOTT, shall :
convey to the Husband, DONALD THOMAS ELLIOTT, JR., :
by appropriate deed the following described real ;
property, to-wit: {
~ All of Lot 24, and the East 1/2 of ~
_ Lot 25, Block 6, JAY GARDENS FORT
: PIERCE, according to the Plat thereof ~
as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 70, ~
~ of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. - . !

~ (B) The Husband, DONALD THOMAS ELLIOTT, JR.,
shall convey to the Wife, ARLENE K. ELLIOTT, as her sole
and separate property all interest in the 1970 Nova ~
Automobile and thereafter the Wife shall be responsible !
for the payment of the automobile loan~to Eagle Finance. ,
The Wife shall hold the Husband harmless ag,ainst any ~
~ claim or liability arising out of this obligation.

(C) The Wife shall r t p 4
to all furnishings in the marital home. ~
(D) 1'he Iiusband .shall retain title to the 1970
Ford Truck and be responsible for any payments due and ~
owing on that vehicle. ~
(E) The Husband shall be responsible for the ~
unpaid balance on the Master Charge~, Bank Americard, i
Babcock Credit Un~on and car insurance obligations. ;
~ . The Husband shall hold the Wife harmless against any ~
. claim or liability arising out of these obligations.
F The Wife ARLENE K. ELI.I01T shall be ~

entitled to the dependency deduction allowable.under '
§151 of the United States Internal Revenue Code for ;
LORI MARIE ELLIOTT and the Husband, DONALD THO~IAS i
' ELLIOTT, JR., shall be entitled to the dependency ded- '
' uction for DONALD THOMAS ELLIOTT, III. ~

; (G) The Husband~, DONALD TNOMAS ELLIOTT, JR.,
; shall be responsible for all reasonable and necessary ~
e medical and hospitalization expenses relating to the ~
minor children of the parties. The Husband shall keep
~ in full fo~ce and ef.fect a group medical insurance i
policy covering the children. The Husband shall also ~
obtain a policy of life insurance on his life in the ~
amount of $10,000.00 naming th~ two (2) minor children t
6 as irrevocable benef.iciaries and the Ausband shall provide ;
~ the Wife wi.th a certificate of insurance stating the i
~ two (2)-children to be irrevocable beneficiaries. ~

~ (H) The Husband, DONALD THOMAS ELLIOTT, JR., ~
i is the owner of a chain link fence which surrounds the ~
~ I~ - home in which'the Wife and the minor children. The ;
: Wife agrees not to take down Chis fence or damage it in !
~ ~ any way. Additionally, Che Husband shall be permitted to ~
i keep his dogs on the premises and shall be permitted to
l visit the premises to c3re for the dogs. ~
