ment of the Property. have the right to collect and retain auch reats ss they become due and payabk.
Upon accderation under paragraph 18 heroof or abandonment of the Pmperty. Lender shaU be entitlod to have a
receiver sppointod by a oourt to enter upon. take possession of and manage tbe Property and to collect the nnb of tbe
Property, including those paat due. All nnts collected by the roceiver shall be applied first to paymeat of the cosb ot
managemeat of the Property and collection of tents. i~ciuding, but not limited to. receiver's feas. prrmiums on receiver's
bonds aad reasonaWe attorney's fea. and then to the sums securod by this Mortgage. The receiver shall be liable to aecouat
only for thase rents actualty received.
21• Futsre Advaoca. Upon request by Borrower. L.ender, at i.ende~'s option within twenty yean from the date of thi:
Mortgage. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advaaces. with intarat thercon, shall be socured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by ptomissory notes stating that said nota arc secured hercby. Af rio time shall the principal
