Purchaser, by acceptance and execution oE this Receipt, acknowledges
that this purchase of a condominiuan unit at OCEAN VILLAGC OF MIfQ1INSON ISLJWI~ f
is subject in every respect to the I)eclaration of Condominiun as to the condominiun :
in which his unit is located and bchibits attached thereto, inclucling but not ,
limited to (whetiher the same are attached to the Declaration of referreci to ~
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Riiles and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchasecl by Purchaser, and all 1lmenciments to the aforesaid lle- ~
claration and Exhibits and the Articles~of Incorporation, By-laws and Ueclaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further aclmowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclmowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoin~ is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominiuon property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed ~
, Condominiuam covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-.
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached-~thareto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and 4
confiYms and approves all of the tern~s and provisions of said Declaration cf CondQ-
mini~.an and-Exhibits.attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under tl~e
Property Owners' Association docwnents refened to above and the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclmowledges and confirn~s
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association
has enctanbered and impressed a lien upon the Condomini~en parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said R~rchaser ass~mies the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominiuun parcel. .
Purchaser.confiims that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Co~idominiwn and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the comnon expenses and the swns due under the Property Oa~ier's Association ~
and other charges.are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the.same~is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominii.m~ and the Exhibits attached thereto. ~
