Personal Representative and the estate, respectfully petitions
this Court for the allowance of an attorney's fee for his services
rendered to the Personal Representative and to the estate, and

l. The decedent, SCOTTY H. ANDERSON, died testate March
14, 1978, and Letters of Administration were issued to ERIC C.
ANDERSON, April 14, 1978, and Petitioner has rendered his service
to the Personal Representative and to the estate froin that date ~
to the present time..
- 2~. The total probate assets of this estate, as shown by
the Inventory filed herein are in the approximate amount.o£!

Twelve Thousand Eight Hundred ($12,800.00) dollars and consists

mainly of personal property.
