This cause having_come on before me and it appearing
that all interested parties have consented to~the entry of
this Order, and the Court being fully advised in the premises;

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff's minor son,
JAMES ROBERT MAY, submit to an examination by Dr. J. E.
Copeland, Jr., promptly on a day and hour to be obtained by ~

the~defendants_. Said examination to be of such a nature as
is necessary to determine the extent and nature of injuries
allegedly sustained by said party at the time and place and
! on the occasibn mentioned in the Complaint filed in this
cause; it is further
` ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the results.of this examina- ~

~ tion shall be reported by said doctor to the Defendants in

~ writing in a detailed manner setting out his findings and ~
~ ~
~ conclusions. If requested by Plaintiff, Defendants shall

[ promptly furnish Plaintiff with a copy of such report and.

~ Plaintiff shall thereupon or thereafter, as the ~case may be,

~ promptly furnish Defendants with a like report or reports of ;
