Damages, and on the Defendant's Counterclaim, and the Court having
r-eviewed all of the evidenc~ and exhibits entered herein as to

tion clauses contained in the two leases and the license agreement
are valid provisions and have been exercised in good faith and under
circumstances where it would not be ine.quitable and where the Lessor '
~ , would not be estopped from exercising said termination clauses, and

! the Court further finding that the termination notice sent on
€ January 6, 1978 was sent in good faith and was sent under circum-
~ stances that would make it proper for the termination notice to be

~ effective, it is

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:

~ 1. That this Court declares that the six months termination
~ -
~ provisions in the two leases and license agreement are valid and
~ have been exercised it~ good faith and under circumstances where
~ there has been no estoppel to so exercise them; .

~ 2. That the plaintiff has failed to establish its right
~
~ for injunctive relief, and the same is hereby denied;
