Ftiirther, as to the D~fendant's Counterclaim which came before
the court immediately following the trial of plaintiff's Mc~tion for
Supplementary Relief under Final Judgment etc., and the Court having
heard evidence and received exhibits, and the Court having reviewed ~
all of the evidence and exhibits entered herein, and the Court find-
ing from said evidence that the Lessor/Counterclaimant has.properly
. given notice of her option to terminate the two leases_and license ~
agreement existing between the parties on January 6, 1978, and that
said termination of leases and license agreement became effective ,

as of~July 6, 1978, and that the Lessee/Counterdefendant continued '
to remain in possession~of the subject premises in violation ~nd
default of the terms of the two leases and license agreement, and
.that_ the Counterdefendants failed to establish any lawful right to _
remain in possession after the effective date of termination of Jul.y
6, 1978 and, therefore, as of that date continuing forward have
; been tenants at sufferance, it is thereupon ~
