retain 3urisdiction to hear the matter of costs at a later date.
~ 7. Under-Count 2 of the Counterclaim: ~
(a) That the lease as described therein was terminated ~
by proper notice from the counterclaimant as of July 6, 1978, . ~
and that the counterclaimant recover from counterdefendant the ~ ~
possession of~ the premises described in Count 2-of _ the Coimterclaim ~

and attached hereto as Exhibit "B", and that a writ be issued ~
therefor to~remove the counterdefendant from the possession of the ~
premises;

(b) That the counterclaimant failed.to establish with ~

sufficient clarity the rents due and owing to constitute_a double _
rent as provided for in Florida Statutes 83.06, and,, therefore, ~

shall recover naugtit;
