FINAL JUDGMENT ~
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
~ This cause came on for trial on January 17, 1979,-and the
court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds _
and determines this court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relationship of Husband
. ~
and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - -

1: DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between WANDA i
L. RICHARDSON and ISAAC RICHARDSON, be~and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2: REAL PROPERTY. The Husband's interest in the following
described real groperty, to wit:

The Southerly 8 ft. of vacated alley adjoining on ~
.the North of Lots 47 and 48, and Lots 47, 48 and ~
the North 15 ft. of Lot 49, Block 23, LAWNWOOD
! ADDITION, according to the plat thereof recorded in

i Lot 6, Block 6, VERO BEACH HIGHLANDS,- Unit #1, as ~

E is hereby awarded to the Wife, WANDA L. RICHARDSON. The Husband

~ is hereby ordered to execute a deed conveying his interest in ~
; above-described property to the Wife on or before ten days from `

~ the date of this judgment. In the event the Husband fails to ;
~ execute such deed of conveyance this judgment shall operate as a ~

conveyance of said property to the Wife.
3. AUTOMOBILE. The Husband's interest in the 1974
