before ten days from the date of thia judgment. In the event
the 8usba.nd fails to do so this judgment~shall act to convey
the Husband's interest in said sutomobile to the Wife.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper. . .
