LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

HANA BLAKE MERCER
I, HANA BLAKE MERCER, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do
hereby make, publish and de~lare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codi- i
cils heretofore made by me. .
I. -
I direct my Executrix or Executor, as the case may be,
to pay out of my estate all of my just debts, including the
expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
II.
I give and bequeath to my niece, VIRGINIA BLAKE SCHWARM,
590 Hills Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, 06118, my resi-
dence which I own at the time of my death, its furnishings,
furniture and fixtures and all policies of insurance on.said
residence and furnishings, should she survive me, and if not,
- I give and bequeath the same to her husband, BE~IARD F. SC'HWARM-

~ - I give and bequeath to my nephew, DR. JOHIJ E. BLAKE,

~ . P.O. Box 143, Willimantic, Connecticut, 06226, the sum of TEN

~ THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00), cash, should he survive me.

I give and bequeath to my friend, MRS. JESSIE TAYLOR,
201 Hialeah Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of FIVE HUNDRED
~ DOLIARS ($500.00), should she survive me.
