I hereby name, nominate and appoint my niece, VIRGINIA
BLAKE SCHWARM, as Executrix of this Will, to serve without bond.
If my said niece should die, resign, be disqualified, unwilling
or unable to a~t as such, then I name, nominate and appoint SUN
BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY,- Fort Pierce, Florida,.ar its successor,
as Executor.
VII.
My Executrix or Executor, as the case may be, shall
have the power at any time and from tiuae to time, at public or
private sale, for such price and upon such terms and with such _
security for deferred payment as to her, or it, may seem best,
to sell, mortgage, pledge, exchange, assign, transfer or other-
wise dispose of any part or all of the assets of my estate, for
