2. Decedent, RALPH HORNING, JR., whose last known address was ~

1707 Wyoming Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, and whose age was 67
years, and whose social security number is 343-03-8903, died on January 8,
1979 at Lawnwood Medical Center, and at the time of death decedent was
domiciled in St. Lacie County, Florida.

estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent are:
