LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

State of Florida, do make, publish and declare this to be my. Last Will ~
and Testament, hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils thereto by me hereto-
fore made. ~ .

practicable after my death.
ARTICLE II: I give and devise all of my estate, whatsoever

~E if she survives me, and if not, to my sons, WILLIAM RALPH HORNING and
