KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
~That I, A. M. Kelley, also known as Audra M. Kelley, a ~
i
resident of the City of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, being
;
of full age and free from restraint and of sound mind and memory, but
mindful of the uncertainties of earthly life, do make, publish and ~
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and
annulling any and all other Wills by me heretofore made.
ITEM I. I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses,
and the expenses of my last illness~and of the administration of my ~
estate be paid out of my estate as soon as practicable after the time
of my decease. ~ ~
ITEM II. I give, devise and bequeath a life estate in
' my Florida real estate to my good friend, Mrs. Henry S. Morgan, who
is also known as "Bud" Morgan, of Fort Pierce, Florida.
ITEM III. Subject to the life estate in Item II, I give,
devise and bequeath my estate in three equal shares to my children,
Christine K. Chappell, John M. Kelley, and Donald E. Kelley, to be the~ s

absolutely and in fee simple. '

ITEM IV. I make, nominate and appoint my son, John M.
~ Kelley to be Executor, of this my Last Will and Testament. I direct

f that any appointee so named who shall accept the trust herein reposed
~ shall be empowered to compound and settle all claims asserted by or
~ -
~ against my estate and to sell any real estate or personal property
contained in my estate on any terms of credit and at such price or
~ prices notwithstanding the same be less than the appraised value of an
~ assets sold, as said fiduciary may determine and to execute any and
~ all deeds, bills of sale, endorsements, assignments~ releases or other
~
~ instruments appropriate to the performance of the powers herein =
~
~ conferred. ~ -
