ASSIQJMENT OF AGREEMENT FOR DEED
THIS ASSIGNMENT OF AGREEMENT FOR DEED, hereinafter referred
to as Agreement, made the 17th day of January, 1979, by and between
LEROY ALBERT CRONE, JR., and MAUDE IRENE CRONE, his wife, hereinafter
referred to "Assiqnors" and PHILLIP PANKO, JR., on behalf of MICHAEL
PANKO, hereinafter referred to as "Assignee". `
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, Assignors did heretofore enter into an Agreement
for Deed as Purchasers thereunder of the below described real proper-
ty with Major Excavating Company, Inc., as Seller, said Agreement for
Deed being recorded in O. R. Book 212, Page 1751, of the Public Re-
cords of Saint Lucie County, Florida, a copy of which being attached
hereto and incorporated tierein, marked as Exhibit.A and being made a
part hereof, and the legal description of same being: _
Lot 3, B~ock 2, of Green Acres Subdivision, Unit II,~
as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 17, of the Public
Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida.
~+1~iEREAS, Assignors do desire to assign and sale their
interests,. rights, and obligations under said Agreement for Deed, and

WHEREAS, Assignors do have an equity interest under said

~ Agreement for-Deed, and

~ i3HEREAS, Assignors do presently owe a balance of Three
~ Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety Two ($3,392.00) Dollars under said
~ Agreement for Deed to Major Excavating Company, Inc., and

~ WHEREAS, Assignee does desire to purchase the equity interest -

~ of Assignors under said Agreer:~ent for Deed and all of the right, title

and interest of AssiS-nors under said Agreement for qeed.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual
~ covenants and promises herein contained and the sum of Ten ($10.00)
