being recorded in Official Record Book 222, page
2681, of. the public records of St. Lucie County,
- Florida, and later assigned in Official Record
Book 253, page 1181, of St:Lucie County records.
T'he proLisions of said first mortgage ~aw held
by Whitestone Investments,Inc. shall prevail as
to this collateral mortgage as .regards the right _
