FLANAGAN, being represented by J. Michael Brennan, Esq.. and
the Court having heard arguments of the Defendants and counseZ
for the Plaintiffs, the Motion to Dismiss is hereby granted, it
is further _
~ ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs have five (5) days

; from the date of this Order to amend the Complaint and the

Defendants shall have ten (10) days to file an Answer or.other-
wise plead to the Amended Complaint, it is further ~
~ ORDERED and ADJUDGED that service shall be made upon the
Defendants by for~arding copies of all pleadings to Post Office
Box 3698, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450.
