STATEMENT OF GUARAN ~

Guarantor guarantees repayment to creditor of a loan to be made ~ ~
to debtor in the principal an?ount of $30,000.00 with interest
at 9-3/4 per cent per annwn on the unpaid balance. If debtor
defaults in the satisfaction of auch indebtednese according
to the terms of this promissory note, guarantor will pay to _
creditor the total amovnt due at the time of such default on .
demand. Guarantor shall also pay to.creditor on demand reasonable
attorney's fees and all costs and other expenses incurred by it
in collecting the guaranteed indebtedness from debtor or in
enforcing the guaranty~against guarantor. ~
