of the United States, the holder of those certain mortgaqes (the "Mort-
gaqes") beinq more particularly described as follows: (i) Mortqage
and Security Aqreement, dated October 27, 1976, recorded in O.R. 8ook
259, page 1254, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and (ii)
second-in-priority Mortgage and Security Agreement, dated October~27,
1976, recorded in O.R. Book 259, page 1276, aforesaid records, exe-
cuted by FIUTCHINSON ISI.AND CLlTB, INC. ("Mortqaqor" ) to CONTINSNTAL
ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CBICAGO ("Mortqaqee"),
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable

• knawledged, does hereby remise, release, quitclaint, exonerate and

Mortgages unto the Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that cer-

This instrument releases said Condominium Parcel from the lien and
a 3~, security interest of the Mortgages, and from the effect of any instru-
ments of record modifying or supporting said Mortgages.
