Beginning at a point 1048 feet Westerly of the Southeast corner of Lot 41, Block L, of ~
MARAYILLA ESTATES, as per. plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8, Page 77, of the Public ~
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as measured along the South boundary line of ~
said B1ock L, said point being 431.8 feet Easterly of the Southwest corner of Lot 21
