issued by~ the Clerk of the Circuit Court and requesting a stay of ~
all proceedings until the determination of the-Motion for Rehearing -
or New Trial filed herein and the Court having heard argument of
counsel and having considered the various rules and cases and
exhibits cited by both parties, it is upon consideration ~
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the Motion to Quash the fsrit of Assistance
issued in this cause be and the same is hereby granted.

~ (2) That the issuance of any Writs subsequent to the Final

~ Judgment heretofore entered on January 22, 1979 be and the same is ~

j hereby stayed until a determination and ruling is handed down on

(3) That a copy of this Order shall be delivered to the
