1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as sole

name and address are: OTPO LEUTHNER, 2023 St. Lucie Boulevard, Lot 151,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450; and the name and address of Petitioner's
attorney-are set forth at the end of this Peti~ion. -
2. Decedent, GERTRUDE LEUTHNER, whose last known address
was 2023 St. Lucie Boulevard, Lot 151, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and,
if know~, whose age was 74, and whose social security number is
150-14-9079, died on I~tovember, 1978, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at
the time of death, decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
