I, GERTRUDE LEUTHNER, residing at Fort Pierce, in St.
Lucie County, Florida, being of sound mind and disposing memory, and
considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testa-
ment, hereby revoking all former Wills~and Codicils by me at any tim ;
heretofore made. ~
FIRST: Tt is my will and I direct that all my just debt ,

including the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses, be

paid promptly out of the principal of my estate.
~ SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estat
both real, personal and mixed, of whatsoever nature and kind, and
wheresoever the same may be situated or located, of which I may die
seized or possessed, or over which I may have a power of disposition
or any interest whatsoever, I give, bequeath and devise unto my
brother, OTTO LEUTHNER, to be his absolutely and forever.
THIRD: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint GERALD ~
S. JAMES, as Personal Representative of this, my Last Will and Testa
I~ ment, to serve without bond, giving and granting unto my said Person ~
j al~ Representative the authority to administer my estate, and the

~ power and authority to sell and convey any part of my estate, at pub -

lic or private sale, with or without notice, and without ~he order o
any Court as he may deem necessary. ~ .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
