lhis Deed is eacecuted subject to taxes assessed for the year 1979 and all
subsequent years and to conditions, eas~nents, limitations and restrictions
of record and to the rights, if any, of the Lessee under that certain Lease
dated April 12, 1976 by and between General Development Corporation as Lessor
and Warren's I.ayndry, Inc. as Lessee.
'Ihis Deed is executed subject further to the specific restriction that prior
to the co~miencement of construction of any kind, including but not limited to
original construction and subsequent or future alterations or m~difications,
Grantee agrees that all plans and specifications shall be submitted for approval
to Grantor. Grantor shall review the data submitted as to aesthetica3,
fiuictional and economical conformance with the am,a and its proposed develop-
ment and Grantor agrees that such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
'Ihe parties aclmowledge and agree that the premises shall be used for the
sole pwcpose of commercial banking and anY modification or change in such use
will require the consent and approval of Grantor.
'Ihis latter restriction shall remain in fu11 force and effect for a period of
twenty (20) years from the date of recordation of this Deed.
