This cause coming on before the Court this 17th day of January,
- 1979, for hearing on Motion for Modification of Final Judgment Dissolution
of Marriage and it appearing to t~ie Court~that the parties have agreed
upon the instant issues and the Court being fu~ly advised, therein, thereupon, ~

ORDERED as follows: - - ~
1. That custody of the minor child, ELIZABETH JEAN NEST, be
and the same is hereby awarded to the mother, GEORGIA WEST, subject to ~
visitation as follcwrs: That beginning January 26, 1979, that the husband,

i him fmm 6:00 P.M. on Friday until 6:00 P.M. on Sunday and every other :
~ weekend thereafter, prnvided the father has given a twenty-four hour notice ~

F of his intent to exercise his right of visitation for that or any given ~

~ period; in addition thereto, he shall have the right to have the child visit
with him on every other legal holiday and every other birthday of the minor
~ child, said holidays being Easter Sunda~y, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day s

except that where alternate legal holiday visitation gives the husband t~o ~
weekends consecutively, the child shall remain with the mother tr+a weekends ~
consecutively thereafter; the father shall have additional visitation rights
during half of each Christmas period with the father having the right to his

~ first Christmas period of vacation to begin at noon follawing Christmas the
~ first ear and lasting until noon on Christas Day during the second year and

~ thereafter alternating in the same manner; the birthday of the child shall
