also be alternated with the father having the right to visitation at the
next birthday, said visitation rights shall be sub3ect only to the provision
of two consecutive weekend periods thereby allowing the mother tao consecutive ~

weekend periods following; in addition, the father shall have the right to ~
have the minor child with him for two weeks during the sumner vacation period,
provided he shall give not less than fifteen (15) days notice of the time t
anticipated for his vacation and notwithstanding visitation and/or vacation,
either party having the custody of the said minor child shall keep the Clerk ~
of the Court advised of the residence where the child shall be kept and
anaintained and shall immediately~advise the Clerk of the Court of ar~y change
of abode or removal of the child from the place of its ordinary custody and/or
visitation.
2, That the father shall pa~y to GEORGIA NEST the sum of 525.00
each week for support of the said minor child until the child shall become
married, of legal age or deceased, whichever is sooner.
3. That the father, LAWRENCE H. WEST, shall pay to the mother,
GEOR6IA WEST, ~he sun of =25.Q0 each week beginning on Monday, January 22, I979
and on Monday of each week thereafter until further Order of the Court.
4. Each.payment made by the husband shall be made to the Clerk of _
~ this Court and by him remitted promptly to GEORGIA WEST. In addition there
E is hereby assessed the sun of ~2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each

i payment made to the Clerk. Al1 payments shall be made in cash, money order
or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep~the Clerk of
this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while
this Order is in effect. -
5. That except a5 set out hereinabove, the terms of the Final -
Judgment incorporating the parties agreement, to-wi~: That there shall be
no drinking of alcoholic beverages or swearing in the presence of the minor
child and that the minor child must attend church with one or the other of the
parties, is incorporated herein and continued in the same manner together

~ with the provision, to-wit:
~ 6. That each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
~ from violence and/or intimidation, each as to the other and each of the
~
~ parents is hereby ordered to promote the best interests of the child at all
