This matter having regularly come before me for hearing,
and it appear.ing that copies of the motion for writ of assistance
by purchaser at foreclosure sale and notice of motion for writ -
of assistance have been duly served upon Johnny Davis and the
Court being fully advised in the premises;
It is hereby ordered that a writ of assistance issue _
from the Clerk of the Circuit Court to the Sheriff of St. Lucie
County commanding him forthwith to eject Johnny Davis, his agents
and servants, remove all personal belongings, and place The
