and shall be paid to Lender.
ln Ihe event of a total taking of the Propetty, the p~oceeds chall be applied to the sums secured by this Mottaa~e.
with the excess, if any, paid to Bonower. ln the event af a partial taking of the Property. unless 8orrower and Lrnder ~
