KnoW all persons by these presents that Margaret Lins Beitrand
(maiden name Margaret E. Lins), the mortgagee, holder and owner by
assignment (Official Record Book 175, page 2902 among the public
records df St. Lucie County, Florida) of a certain mortgage deed.
executed by Harold M. Gregorie and Edith Gregorie, his wife, to
Everette W. Lins and Margaret B. Lins, his wife, bearing date the
15th day of April, 1965, and recorded in Official Record Book 116,
pages 198, 199 and _200 among the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, securing a certain note in the principal sum of
TGIENTY-FOUR THOUSAND ($24,000.00), and certain promises and obli-

f in said state and county described in said mortgage deed; herebq

acknowledges.full payment and satisfaction of said note and
mortage deed, and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby
directs the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida
to cancel the same of record.
