EASEMENT
~ THIS EASEMENT made this nI day of 1979, by LLOYD
TAYLOR and CLOTILDE F. TAYLOR, hia wife, of St. Lucie County, Florida, the
owners of the land hereinafter described, in consideration of the sum of ~10. 00
and OVC, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, doss hereby grant, bargain,
sell and convey to ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLOR,IDrA, an easement for ingress and
egress over a strip of land in said County and State described as follows: .
The South 25 feet of the North 175 feet of the North 1/2
of the SW4 of the SW4 of the NW4 of Section 30, Township
35 South, R,ange 40 East, less the South 25 feet, less the
~ West 40 feet and less the East 138 feet. ~
This easement is for the benefit of and appurtenant to that land which
fronts thereon or any portion thereof. . -
It is distinctly understood and agreed that by the ~acceptance of thia easement -
the County in no way assumes any responsibility for the care, maintenance and
upkeep thereof. ~
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantors have executed this instrument
